LHC imposes objection over Gulu Butt's bail plea
He further demanded the court to release him at once on bail.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday has returned the bail plea of Gulu Butt by imposing an objection for not attaching certified documents.
Gulu Butt filed a petition in LHC stating that trial court had reserved his verdict contrary to the facts and that the sentence of 11 years and three months is unjust to him.
He further demanded the court to release him at once on bail.
Gulu Butt was sentenced to imprison for plundering during Model Town incident in Lahore.
