Summary At least five gang war accused were killed in separate police encounters in Karachi on Monday.

KARACHI (Dunya News) – According to details, South Zone police conducted a raid on a tip-off in Sarbazari Muhala near Lyari Football Ground on Monday upon which gang war accised belonging to Uzair Baloch group opened fire at the raiding party.
 

Police retaliated as a result three gang war accused got injured. They were rushed to hospital but they succumbed to their wounds.
 

According to police the deceased were identified as Irfan alias Laasi, Laal alias Lalo and Fazal Cheena. Police have also recovered one 9MM and two TT pistols.
 

Two more gang war accused were killed in an encounter with Mochko police in Musharraf Colony. The dead bodies of the accused were sent to Civil Hospital.
 

SP Fida Hussain, SHO Baghdadi and SHO Mochko have claimed that the deceased belonged to Uzair Baloch group. They further said that the accused were involved in cases of murders, extortion and kidnapping for ransom.
 

Police officials also informed that two 9MM pistols, two SMG rifles, Rocket Launchers and three hand grenades were recovered from accused.
