PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif has said the federal government has not taken any substantial steps to improve the national economy and lessen the burden on poor public while making the federal budget. During a meeting of the senior party leaders at Raiwand, Nawaz said countrys economy could only be improved through self sufficiency and getting rid of loans. He said the government's strategy to meet the deficit of Rs 7billion through loans would only aggravate the matters. He urged his brother and chief minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif to make the provincial budget people-friendly.
