Summary Efficient implementation of the National Action Plan in Punjab is being done to root out terrorism
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Chief Minister (CM) Shahbaz Sharif on Thursday has expressed a resolve to win the war on terror for the progress and prosperity of the country and the nation. He said that insurgents who shed blood of innocent people will soon meet their dreadful fate.
He expressed these views while talking to the Punjab Assembly members in Lahore.
The CM said that the entire nation has resolved to eliminate extremism from the country. He said that the brave nation has given countless sacrifices in the cause. Shahbaz said that the country would soon become a centre of peace and stability.
Extremism, terrorism and sectarianism are hurdles in the way of progress of the country, he added. Shahbaz said that time has come to put an end to terrorism.
He further said that efficient implementation of the National Action Plan in Punjab is being done to root out terrorism.
