LAHORE (Dunya News) – Chief Minister Punjab (CM) Shahbaz Sharif lauded the role of women in society and stated that prosperity of the country lies in making women independent, Dunya News reported on Sunday.
On the occasion of women’s day, CM Punjab said that Pakistan’s women are competent, hard working and educated.
He pronounced that Punjab government has taken revolutionary measurements to make women independent whereas the government has also escalated the job quota to 15 percent for women.
Moreover, CM Punjab pledged to promote women’s role in the society.
