Summary Chief Minister told the media that Punjab government has formed an anti-terror unit
LAHORE (Dunya News) -- Talking to the media at a press conference, Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif reiterated his resolve of uprooting terrorism from its source. He said that in the past, the concept of ‘good’ and ‘bad’ Talibans had caused harm but now the confusion is over.
He further said that all political and religious parties are on the same page and Punjab government will respond with full force. Abettors of the terrorists will be dealt strictly.
Chief Minister told the media that Punjab government has formed an anti-terror unit and is equipping the outfit with state of the art technology including helicopters.
Provincial government is spending from its own resources on projects, he said, adding that safety planning will also come into effect at the end of the year.
