A case has been registered against 20 people including MNA Jamshed Dasti for torturing doctors and nurses in a hospital of Muzaffargarh. Enraged relatives of a patient, who died today over alleged doctors negligence, staged a protest demonstration in front of the Muzaffargarh Hospital and pelted stones. On the other hand, doctors complained that protesters subjected them to torture on order of PPP MNA Jamshed Dasti. The application was filed by MS of the hospital in which it was maintained that on Dastis orders, protesters tortured doctors and nurses. Police after consultation with district administration registered a case against 20 people including Jamshed Dasti. Jamshed Dasti was sent to the hospital by district administration to hold talks with doctors. When he reached hospital, protesters pelted stones and injured his guards.
