Govt making all-out efforts to meet crises: Gilani

Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has said that the government is making all out efforts to steer the country out of current crises. During a meeting with a Pakistani origin British parliamentarian Chaudhry Sarwar in Lahore on Monday, the Premier said that Pakistanis abroad made the country proud of them. He said that the development in England would also help boost ties between the two countries. The PM maintained that the government is pursuing the policy of reconciliation and cooperation. Also, Minister for population Neelam Jabbar called on the prime minister in Lahore and discussed the political situation.
