Summary Justice Riaz Ahmed Khan has been approved to be appointed as the CJ of the Federal Shariat Court
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The President on Wednesday has approved appointment of Justice Maqbool Baqar as the Supreme Court (SC) judge whereas Justice Faisal Arab as the Chief Justice (CJ) Sindh High Court
According to the notification issued from the President House, President Mamnoon Hussain has approved the summaries sent by the Prime Minister (PM) for the appointment of judges. Justice Riaz Ahmed Khan has been approved to be appointed as the CJ of the Federal Shariat Court.
The President has approved establishment of a standing council having at least two Deputy Attorney Generals and as many as 14 lawyers.
