PAT Chief terms tax of Rs 200 billion as 'economic terrorism'

Tahir-ul-Qadri said that the country is following the conditions of IMF.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Chief of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri, on Tuesday termed the new tax of Rs 200 billion as an economic terrorism whereas he further stated that the Parliament has become a graveyard of living beings.

While talking to the media via telephone, Tahir-ul-Qadri said that the country is following the conditions of International Monetary Fund (IMF) and is in continuous effort to make IMF happy.

He alleged the government of snatching the relief of petroleum low prices through implementing illicit mini budget.

Moreover, he expressed that the enhanced tax of Rs 200 billion is terrorism and is also exploiting the expectations of the nation.
