Strike in Sindh Bar Council against lawyer's detention
Ligitants suffered as proceedings faced frequent disruptions due to lawyer's strike.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Lawyers in Karachi went on a strike against police on arresting their fellow lawyer and his son, Dunya News reported on Monday.
According to sources, police arrested advocate Muhammad Usman and his son but did not make it public due to which the lawyers of Sindh Bar Council went on a strike against this action of police.
On the other hand, City Court of Sindh High Court (SHC) and Maleer Court adjourned the hearing of their cases creating difficulties for the ligitants.
