Dual office case: LHC issues notice to President

The Lahore High Court (LHC) Monday issued a notice to President Asif Ali Zardari in the dual office case. During the hearing of dual office case, Deputy Attorney General told the court that in the petition President Zardari, Bilawal Bhutto, PM Gilani and Speaker National Assembly are made a party, and added that the notice were issued to the federation.Expressing displeasure over this, Justice Umar Ata Bandial addressed the DAG representing the federation you must know that president is the symbol of federation.The court said that the notice should be implemented via the presidents principal secretary. The court adjourned the hearing till May 27.
