KARACHI (Dunya News) – Sindh High Court (SHC) on Wednesday has issued the notices to the various departments including federal and provincial governments and National Highway Authority (NHA) to submit their reply with DNA reports on the Karachi National Highway accident till January 23.
On the petition of Khalid Hussain Abbasi, a division bench of SHC under the presidency of Chief Justice Maqbool Baqar heard the case.
During the hearing, SHC ordered the federation and provincial governments along with NHA to submit their reply along with the DNA reports of deceased persons till January 23.
The petitioner further claimed that the fiery bus accident had taken the lives of his relatives and alleged the NHA of not taking proper measurements.
Moreover, he further stated that the maximum deaths were caused due to the untimely arrival of fire brigade and rescue teams.
