Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has said that if US demanded access to parents of Faisal Shahzad we would consider their request. He said that Pak US cooperation is limited to the extent of eradicating extremism.Shah Mehmood was talking to the representatives of media at Lahore Airport. He said that innocent lives would have been lost in New York if the bomb exploded. He said that United States had acted in a balanced and a measured fashion in the Faisal Shahzad case, and that Pakistan was providing assistance and information in this regard. We would fully cooperate with America on Faisals issue, FM said. FM informed that the next round of Pak-US strategic dialogues will be held in Islamabad within the next two months. FM declined to comment on Ajmal Kasabs case until the final verdict of the case is issued. He added that the new government in UK would also have good ties with Pakistan.
