7 cases finalised to be tried in military courts
Former minorities minister Shahbaz Bhatti's murder case included in the list
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – As many as seven terrorism-related cases on Friday have been finalised to be tried in the military courts including, Sikandar firing case and prosecutor Zulfiqar murder case.
According to the details, at least seven terrorism-related cases have been finalized to be sent to the military courts for their trials. These cases include Suhala and Tarnol North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) container attacks.
Other cases include, former minorities minister Shahbaz Bhatti murder and terror acts in Bahara Kahu along with the case regarding the arrest of at least eight terrorists.
Moreover, according to the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), the process of establishment of military cpourts is underway. At least three courts each would be established in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
