Former president Supreme Court bar association Chaudhry Aitzaz Ahsan has said that Benazir Bhuttos murder be investigated in the light of criminal penal code.Talking to media outside the apex court, Aitzaz said that the investigation be conducted in a transparent and without any pressure. He said that the murder case has become more complicated.He said that the drivers statement showed contradiction, and added that nobody could be kept out of grilling process until he or she is proved to be innocent. Aitzaz said the judicial verdict is based on evidence and arguments and added that the judges could not give rulings under their discretion. He said that there is no absolute discretion enjoyed by the judges and courts. He added that if BB could hear Baitullah Mehsuds call after her murder she could also had received it before the tragic incident took place.He questioned that if Musharraf's attackers be nabbed, why not BB's?
