Education institutes to be secured by volunteer force: Rana Mashood
Action would be taken against education institutions without adequate security, warns Mashood.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – An important session to review the security arrangements of the education institutes, following the Peshawar attack, has been called in Lahore on December 24.
Talking to the media outside the Punjab Assembly Provincial Minister Education Rana Mashood said heads of all education institutions have been summoned for the session on December 24 that would examine and chalk out security strategy for the institutes in Lahore.
He said nation is united against terrorism and it would not rest until they nip the nuisance.
Action would be taken against education institutions without adequate security, he added.
Rana Mashood affirmed that a volunteer force comprising 3 lakh volunteers is being formulated to ensure security at the institutes.
