LHC seeks IG Punjab's reply in 15 days over containers' issue
The lawyer alleged police of blocking compensatory amount to the contingents' owners.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday, directed Inspector General Punjab (IG) to submit answer in 15 days over the petition filed in LHC for not giving compensatory amount to the container owners.
The case was heard at LHC in which the lawyer of petitioner alleged that the police officers are not giving compensatory amount to the owners of containers that were used in thwarting the ways of protest.
He further argued that more than one dozen containers were in the possession of police for many days.
Moreover, court has ordered the IG Punjab to submit a written reply over this issue in 15 days.
