Lahore High Court sought reply from the federation regarding delay in filing plea in the US court against Dr Aafia Siddquis conviction today.Justice Azmat Sheikh Saeed of LHC heard the case.In the petition, filed by Barrister Javed Iqbal, it is argued that after return of Dr Aafias daughter to Karachi confirmed the fact that the former was arrested from Karachi and not Afghanistan; a point that has been missed by the US court. The Lahore High Court sought reply from the federation on April 27 in this regard.
