PM chairs cabinet meeting in Islamabad

Prevailing political situation in the country is being reviewed in the meeting.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) — Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is consulting his political associates regarding the prevailing political situation in the country, today (Friday). Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT)’s sit-in would also be brought under discussion. Federal cabinet members attending the meeting in Islamabad include Chaudhry Nisar, Khawaja Muhammad Asif, Abdul Qadir Baloch, Pervaiz Rashid, Ishaq Dar and Ahsan Iqbal. Prime Minister will also be meeting with Jamat-e-Islami (JI) Ameer Siraj ul Haq to discuss the ongoing sit-in protest by PAT. Nawaz Sharif would preside the consultative meeting. The matters regarding PAT’s sit-in protests are likely to be settled in the meeting.
