Summary If Chief Minister and Speaker KP don't show up on next hearing, decision will be given, says CJ PHC
PESHAWAR: (Dunya News) – Chief Justice Peshawar High Court (PHC) Mazhar Alam has said that the court will give a one-sided verdict if Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhawa (KP) and Speaker KP provincial assembly Asad Qaiser failed to show up on the next hearing.
Hearing the case regarding CM and Speaker KP attending the sit-ins in Islamabad, Chief Justice PHC observed that the courts may force the CM and Speaker from working if they didn’t show up on next hearing. The case is being heard by Chief Justice Mazhar Alam and Justice Malik Manzoor. Court has demanded an answer within next 3 days.
