KARACHI (Dunya News)—At least one man killed in an incident of firing in Steel town, Karachi whereas police took 48 people including a target killer into custody as a result of an operation in Gulshan-e-Iqbal on Tuesday.
A body identified as Hashim has been recovered from Steel Town. According to the police, the deceased was a school teacher and had been killed by firing. Police has transferred the body to the hospital for postmortem.
On the other hand, police raided a place in Gulsha-e-iqbal and arrested a target killer named Imran. The accused is associated with a political party.
According to the Superintendent Police (SP) Gulsahn-e-Iqbal, 48 suspects have also been taken into custody as a result of a search operation and are now being interrogated.
