Summary NAB has challenged Accountability court's decision of not opening Sharifs’ cases in LHC
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has challenged the Accountability Court’s decision in Lahore High Court (LHC) in which Accountability Court had decided not to open 2 NAB references against Sharif family.
NAB challenged the decision today (Friday) before Rawalpindi Bench of the Lahore High Court. Accountability Court had rejected NAB’s plea to reopen Hudaibya Paper Mills case and Raiwind Assets’ case. According to NAB spokesperson, the application filed in LHC has requested to reopen both these cases.
