The encounter between police and criminals proved futile as Razzaq Commando, a notorious gangster manages his escape from Mawach Goth area of the Kemari Town, Karachi.Earlier in the day Police and rangers launched an operation against an active gang in Machh Goth, Karachi. The area has been cordoned off and all the entry-exist points of the area have been sealed. According to SP Naeem Shaikh one of the most wanted criminal, Razaq Commando along with his aids, is present in the area. Razaq is wanted in several cases.The gun battle erupted when Police officials arrived at the scene. Razaqs Commandos are involved in kidnapping for ransom, murders, smuggling and such other crimes. Police held an associate of commando four days ago from the area.
