The prosecutor of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Hasan Raza Bukhari has resigned from his office on Wednesday for being pressurized to sign the filed petitions seeking opening of closed cases. Hasan told Dunya News that petition were files to open cases against Sharif brothers without his prior information and he was asked to sign them. Besides, he was being pressurized to appear in the court without providing record in Cotecna Reference case. He said that he was asked to sign those petitions with which he never dealt. Raza added that he sent his resignation Deputy Chairman which has been approved.
