US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has said that the process of confidence building between the US and Pakistan would take time as a magic wand could not be used in this regard.During a special interview with Dunya News, Clinton expressed her commitment to ensure markets for Pakistani goods in the US, saying that it tops our talks agenda. Replying a question regarding water issue, Clinton said that the US is interested to provide Pakistan with the technology to make better use of water that Pakistan already has got.She parried the question on Indias blatant water theft, saying that strategic dialogue involved two countries only and the issues between Pakistan and the US would be taken up in the talks.
