A notification has been issued regarding the appointment of former finance minister Abdul Hafiz Sheikh as finance adviser to the Prime Minister here today. Dr Hafiz, a PhD in Economics, was Privatization minister in Musharrafs regime, and also served in the World Bank.Hafiz has got a 25-year experience of policy-making.it merits to mention that Hafiz would be the second most learned person regarding his field after Dr Mehboobul Haq.
