DI KHAN (Dunya News) – A remote control bomb explosion killed 3 people including a spiritual leader named Faqeer Jamshed at Madhi Road on Monday morning.
A former candidate of Pakistan Sariki Party and Faqeer Jamshed Ahmed were on their way back to Dera Ismail Khan from Kolachi when the remote control bomb detonated near Madhi Village. Jamshed’s car got completely destroyed in the attack killing all three who were in the car. The deceased include Jamshed’s guard and a Punjabi disciple named Arif.
Faqeer Jamshed had joined Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) before contesting the elections of 2013 but soon quit his affiliation with the party and joined Pakistan Saraiki Party. Afterwards, he contested the elections from Dera Ismail Khan on NA-24 constituency.
