Summary Petitioner seeks suo moto over alleged mismanagement by local administration.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Applicant Gulzar Nadeem Sheikh filed a petition pleading that the tragedy proved that the city administration, Cantonment Board and the DHA are incompetent whilst there is a lack of communication between agencies, and their negligence caused the loss of precious human lives.
It was stated the court should take notice of this incident under Suo moto and hold these organizations responsible for their lack of efficiency, which caused a great loss of lives.
