LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Awami Muslim League Head Sheikh Rasheed has said that Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chief and Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan have the same destination. He said that there is strong hope of both the leaders having the same destination. Minor differences will not make a big difference, opined MNA from Rawalpindi.
While speaking at a press conference in Lahore, AML Chief Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad said that the anti-government movement will enter into its decisive phase after Eid-ul-Fitr.
Commenting on the imposition of Article 245 in Islamabad, Sheikh Rasheed said that only government will be responsible in case of a mishap.
Sheikh Rasheed met PAT Chief Dr. Tahir ul Qadri at his residence in Model Town. The two leaders discussed strategy for the anti-government movement.
While talking to the media, Sheikh Rasheed said that Dr. Qadri will announce his schedule soon. He also warned the other opposition parties saying that they must arrive at a decision as early as possible.
Sheikh Rasheed also met Pakistan Muslim League (Q) leaders Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Chaudhry Pervez Elahi at their residence in Lahore. The opposition leaders discussed the imposition of Article 245 in Islamabad and its repercussions. They also discussed the scenario that may arise in case of possible arrests and detainments.
