The Election Commission has declared all polling stations for by-polls at NA-123 sensitive in wake of the suicide bomber that struck Lahore today.During a special talk with Dunya News, Election Commissioner Punjab Akhtar Hussain said that of 268 polling stations, 12 have been declared as ultra sensitive.
