ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - President Mamnoon Hussain will deliver his first presidential address joint-sitting of the parliament today (Monday).
According to the constitutional provisions‚ the President has to address a joint session of the parliament at the beginning of the first session of the National Assembly after the general elections as well as the first sitting of the National Assembly every parliamentary year.
