The head of Tehrik-e-Istiqlal Asghar Khan accused that no action has been taken during the last fourteen years by the Supreme Court on the case of bribing politicians by the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).Asghar Khan was speaking in Dunya TVs program Dunya Today where he said that except for former Chief Justice (CJ) Sajjad Ali Shah no other CJ has taken any action on the case. He also said that he has sent letter to Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry regarding the case however he has not received any replies from the CJ.Asghar also said that as long as ISI is under the Prime Minister and its political wing is intact, free and fair elections would not be possible.
