RAWALPINDI (Web Desk) Commander International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) General Joseph F. Dunford and Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Raheel Sharif met on Thursday to discuss Pakistan-Afghanistan Border coordination mechanism.
