Pakistan has categorically stated that Kashmir issue would top the agenda of secretary-level talks with India.During a press briefing in Islamabad, Foreign Office Spokesperson Abdul Basit has said that water and terrorism would also be taken up during the meeting, while all-out efforts would be launched to resume the composite dialogue.He said that in Sharm El Sheikh, the leaders of both the countries agreed that dialogue was the only way to resolve issues, and added that Pakistan always called for result-oriented talks.Abdul Basit said that regional peace is hard to attain unless the Kashmir issue is resolved.
