ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - A wild boar today (Friday) breached Supreme Court’s heavy security, causing panic within the apex court’s premises, Dunya News reported.

Two security guards were injured during the struggle to evict the hairy invader, which has taken over Islamabad in ever increasing numbers.

The authorities finally managed to get rid of the animal after half hour of struggle.

The wild pigs, which feast on rubbish outside homes and restaurants, are said to be a major cause of traffic accidents, and will charge if frightened or injured. The animals can weigh up to 220 pounds, have sharp teeth, and adult males have tusks.

The dense forests located in the rural areas of federal capital are infesting with these wild boars and they continue to roam freely in the populated areas and towns of Islamabad day in day out in search for their sustenance.
