KARACHI (Dunya News) – Anti-polio campaign in different union councils of District Central was suspended on Friday due to security concerns.
According to details, polio drops were being administered to the children in different union councils of District Central when the police cops deployed on the security of polio workers were directed by the higher police authorities to suspend their duties and report to their concerned police stations.
Following this, anti-polio campaign had been suspended due to security concerns and the polio teams were directed to suspend the work.
