ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - Member of Taliban’s talks committee Maulana Samiul Haq on Monday cautioned that several attempts will be made to sabotage the dialogue process, Dunya News reported.

He was talking to media in Islamabad along with TTP’s committee members Professor Muhammad Ibrahim and Maulana Abdul Aziz.

On the occasion, Maulana Sami ul Haq said the procedure and place of dialogue will be finalized after meeting with the committee formed by the government.

He said every effort will be made to complete this process soon‚ but it is not possible to give a time-frame at the moment.

Meeting of the committee will be held tomorrow or the day after, he added.

To a question‚ he said Imran Khan has got an opportunity to play a role in talks and we hope he will make a better decision in this regard.

Maulana Sami ul Haq said Taliban have not set any conditions for the talks yet. He said Maulana Yusuf Shah will be coordinator of their team. Professor Ibrahim said Taliban committee is fully authorized to make any decision.
