Summary Advocate Tariq Asad submitted the petition on Col (retd) Inam-ur-Reaheem’s behalf.

ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – A petition was filed in the Supreme Court today (Monday) to declare the Pakistan Protection Amended Ordinance null and void.

Col (retd) Inam-ur-Raheem in his plea stated that PPO conflicts with the constitution.

Federation, Minister of Law and Justice, Ministry of Interior and Principal Secretary to President were made respondents in the petition.
