LAHORE (Dunya News) – The Judicial magistrate on Wednesday extended physical remand of Professor Salman who allegedly raped and tortured a 15-year-old house maid to death.
Defence police produced the accused before Judicial Magistate Cantt and prayed to extend the physical remand of Salman.
Police took the stance that the investigation of the incident was murder tool would be recovered from the accused. No reply of police allegations was submitted to the court by the accused.
A 15-year-old maid, who was allegedly tortured and raped by her enployer, died at the Services Hospital last Sunday.
Professor Salman was arrested on Saturday for allegedly torturing the maid. The accused had been sent on three-day physical remand by the judicial magistrate.
