Karachi: 9 killed, 13 injured in a shootout at Kasba Colony

In a shootout at Kasba Colony, Orangi Town Karachi at least nine people are feared dead while thirteen others had been injured.The shootout began last night between the workers of government parties and opposition parties. Fighting began after wall chalking and the opening of a new office in dahi number at kasba colony. Shortly afterwards the fighting turned into a violent shootout. The fighting has so far killed nine people while thirteen others have been injured. Those killed include Muhammad Sharif Khan, Javid, Muhammad Rasool, Toti Gul, Syed Bacha and two others were unidentified so far.Due to the fighting life in Towns of Momin Abad, Bakhuri Colony and Banars have come to a standstill. A mini bus was also set on fire in Sector 11L.
