RAWALPINDI (Web Desk) – The 168th Corps Commanders' Conference was held at General Headquarters in Rawalpindi on Thursday.
Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif chaired the meeting.

The meeting reviewed professional matters of the Pakistan Army and overall security situation of the country.

The corps commanders have expressed satisfaction over the military’s operational preparedness to deal with any probable threat.

The commanders also expressed their satisfaction over the recent meeting of the DGMOs of India and Pakistan during which the two sides pledged to uphold the 2003 Line of Control (LoC) ceasefire accord which had been left in tatters by repeated violations this year.
