LARKANA: (Dunya News) – A reporter belonging to a private TV channel was severely injured as a result of firing by unidentified persons in Larkana who – after fighting for life for at least seven hours – has passed away in Chandka Medical Hospital. Journalist-community has protested against the hospital management for alleged negligence.
Shan Dahir, private channel’s reporter was left severely injured after being shot by unidentified persons. He kept fighting for his life in hospital for not less than seven hours and has passed away. Journalists protested against the hospital management while keeping the corpse outside hospital. They sat-in, chanted slogans and demanded the authorities to take severe action against the hospital management, take steps to ensure security of journalists and arrest the murderers of Shan Dahir.
