Leader of opposition in the National Assembly Chaudhry Nisar said that Supreme Courts decision should be implemented in letter and spirit, otherwise his party will side with the court. He said that that the PMs speech suggested that confrontation was about to take place between state institutions. During question-answer session, Ch, Nisar said that the PMs speech was against the statements of implementing courts decision. He said that the President has immunity under Article 248 and courts decisions should not be resolved in the Parliament.
