Summary Ex president says now ’Billa’ (Gen (r) Musharraf) is begging pardon for his wrongdoings.

GHARI KHUDA BAKSH (Dunya News) - Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Co-chairman and ex president of the country Asif Ali Zardari said that ’Billa’ (tomcat) (Gen (r) Pervez Musharraf)had been trapped and now he should not be released.

Addressing a rally on Benazir Bhuttu’s death anniversary in Garhi Khuda Baksh on Friday, Asif Ali Zardari said, “When political powers are pitted against each other the 'Billa' (tomcat) laps up all the milk.

“We pray that the current regime should succeed with Allah’s blessings; power is a mortal thing which comes and goes frequently but Pakistan is more important for us, than the power,” he said.

Earlier, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari blamed establishment for its party defeat in May 11 elections, adding that certain elements in establishment didn’t want PPP to reign the country.

Addressing a rally on Benazir Bhuttu’s death anniversary in Garhi Khuda Baksh, Bilawal Bhutto said peace talks with Taliban could not be held.

Terming Imran Khan as ‘Buzdil Khan’, PPP chairman said PTI choked Nato supply to protest the killing of slain TTP chief Hakeemullah Mehsud.

Referring to PTI’s demand to end drone strikes, he said militants would continue to attack even if drone strikes were halted in the tribal areas.

Bilawal also demanded the Punjab government to launch crackdown against the militants safe havens in the province.

PPP chairman also assured Nawaz Sharif that his party will stand with him if anyone tries to derail democratic system.
