Former President Supreme Court Bar Association Ch. Aitzaz Ahsan have held a meeting with President Asif Ali Zardari.According to the sources, Aitizaz Ahsan has refused to defend the government on National Reconciliation Order (NRO), as he has already stated that he will not appear in front of Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry in any case. Aitzaz has assured the President that he would always be rendering advisory services the government on NRO issue. Before the meeting, addressing the media, Aitzaz Ahsan said that there is no point to confiscate the assets of the President after the detailed verdict of the Supreme Court on NRO. Implementation of NRO cannot be stopped by filing a review petition. To stop the implementation, stay-order must be there. Aitzaz also said that armed force's interference is not required to implement NRO. He said that courts can declare parliamentary laws as unconstitutional. Cases cannot be filed against the architects of NRO.
