Raja Pervez declared accused in rental power case

NAB investing team submitted supplementary reference in the Accountability Court.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Former prime minister Raja Pervez has been declared  accused  for alleged corruption in the Rental Power Case and National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has submitted the supplementary reference comprising 263 pages in the Accountability Court. 

In this way, the number of accused involved in Rental Power Case has risen to ten including Raja Pervez Ashraf who has been prime minister after disqualification of former PM Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani.

Former Secretary Water and Power Shahid Rafi, Additional Secretary Zarar Aslam and General Manger WAPDA Rana Amjad also include among accused persons.

Registrar Office of the NAB court after completing the scrutiny has dispatched the interim reference to the Accountability Court judge Muhammad Bashir who will conduct hearing of the reference on November 19.
