Constitution reform committee has agreed to establish Islamabad High Court (IHC). The President would sworn in the chief justice of the IHC.The constitutional reform meeting was chaired by Raza Rabani. According to source, the Committee has agreed to amend Article 175 of the constitution after which IHC could be established.No decision was taken on the eligibility of the members of Senate and National Assembly. The committee would review the power of appointment of the judges next week.
