Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that Pakistan and US want result-oriented dialogue. In a joint press conference with Richard Holbrooke in Islamabad on Wednesday, Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that Pakistan could be the most important country for the reconstruction of Afghanistan. Pakistan has grave concerns over drone attacks inside its territory. He said that an agreement on Tarbela Dam has been signed with US. Special Representative for Afghanistan and Pakistan under the Obama administration Richard Holbrooke said that the US would not leave Pakistan alone in the present situation. He said there was no direct contact with Taliban in Afghanistan and President Obama would make an accord of trade transit with Pakistan in May 2010. He said that Hillary Clinton would visit Pakistan in February in which issues related to Pakistan and Afghanistan would be discussed in detail. He said that newly-introduced screening system at US airports would not only apply to Pakistanis.
