A resolution against the newly-introduced discriminatory law for screening of Pakistanis and citizens of other Muslim countries at US airports was presented in NWFP Assembly on Tuesday. Members demanded that the same law should be applied against Americans in Pakistan. The session was started under the chairmanship of Speaker Karamatullah Khan. Leader of the opposition in the NWFP Assembly Akram Khan Durrani presented a resolution in the assembly in which he opposed the body screening of Pakistanis at US airports. Akram Durrani said that the government should raise the issue with the US for its discriminatory measures against the Pakistanis along with citizens of Muslim countries. ANP leader Saqib Chimkani also supported the resolution.
